Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expand customer base through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors
  • Handle key accounts and negotiate long-term supply agreements 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness 
  • Provide market feedback to management for strategic decision-making
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with production team for order planning and timely delivery
  • Work closely with logistics for smooth dispatch and delivery
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
  • Set individual targets and monitor team performance
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews
  • Oversee order processing, documentation, and invoicing
  • Ensure accuracy in order details, specifications, and delivery timelines
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Present performance updates to senior management
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
