Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the specified time frame.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and service requests accurately.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
