Job Description
💼 Job Role In bound Customer Service Executive
- 📝 Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from Nykaa Fashion customers.
- Assist customers with order-related queries.
- Provide updates on deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, and payments.
- Resolve account-related issues professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- No sales targets – this is a pure customer support process.
- 👨🎓 Eligibility HSC Pass / Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Versant Score: 6 Mandatory
- Good communication skills required
🎓 Training Company-paid training will be provided by Digitide Solutions Ltd.
⏰ Shift Timing Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
📅 Week Off 1 Rotational Week Off
- 💰 Salary Freshers (NAPS): ₹24,207 Take Home
- Experienced: ₹37,000 CTC | ₹32,519 Take Home
