Pre Sales Advisor

Pre-Sales Executive will support our sales team by validating customer data, identifying potential prospects, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, conducting initial outreach, and ensuring a steady pipeline of quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Data Validation & Management  Verify and validate customer and prospect data from various sources.  Ensure accuracy of contact details, company information, and customer requirements.  Update and maintain records in CRM and databases.  Remove duplicate, incorrect, or outdated information.

Lead Generation  Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and business directories.  Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.  Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.  Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Customer Outreach  Conduct introductory calls to understand customer requirements.  Gather basic information regarding customer needs, budget, and purchase timelines.  Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.  Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement. Reporting & Documentation  Maintain daily lead generation and validation reports.  Track lead status and conversion progress in CRM.  Provide regular updates to management on lead quality and performance metrics.
