Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential buyers from a database, digital leads to generate interest in our properties.
• Market Research & Lead Qualification: Analyse market trends and assess buyer needs, preferences, and budgets to determine suitability for specific properties.
• Property Information & Sales Support: Provide detailed insights on property features, pricing, and availability, ensuring potential buyers have all necessary information.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange in-person property viewings, presentations, and open house visits for interested buyers.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance customer confidence and conversion rates.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and maximize sales efficiency.
• Lead Prioritization: Identify high-quality leads, bridge the gap between marketing and sales, and ensure the sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.

Requirements:

·        Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

·        Experience: 6months in tele calling, preferably in the real estate industry.

·        Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and property trends.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
