Real Estate Lead Generation (Thane)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and contributing directly to sales growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate qualified leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and networking
• Maintain and update lead databases
• Conduct initial client outreach and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track and report lead generation performance

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in making outbound calls and handling client queries
• Basic understanding of real estate market trends (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales will have an added advantage.
