Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – 70%Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based positions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports
- Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower requirements
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
- HR Operations – 30%
- Minimal SupportAssist in onboarding documentation and employee file management
- Maintain basic HR records and recruitment MIS
- Support HR team in day-to-day coordination activities when required
- RequirementsGraduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in infrastructure/construction industry preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred SkillsStrong sourcing and recruitment coordination skills
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
