Relationship Manager-Housing Finance-Sales

We are seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our Housing Finance-Sales team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales and distribution of our mortgage products through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Your responsibilities will include empaneling new DSAs, training and developing our sales team, and ensuring compliance with our company's guidelines. You will also act as a liaison between various internal departments to facilitate smooth case processing and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs, ensuring target achievement.
  • Empanel new DSAs, evaluate their performance, and drive business growth through effective partnership.
  • Train and mentor the DST and DSA partners, fostering a productive and compliant sales environment.
  • Adhere to KYC and documentation norms, maintaining high standards of compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation, minimizing delays.
  • Liaise with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations teams for efficient case processing.
  • Handle end-to-end customer application processing, providing regular updates to customers and channel partners.
  • Maintain high customer service and satisfaction levels, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant sales/CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Flexibility to travel for business purposes as needed.
