Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers visiting our mattress store, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers.

Understand customers’ comfort, size, budget, and mattress requirements.

Explain mattress features, benefits, warranty, offers, and pricing.

Conduct product demonstrations and help customers select the right mattress.

Prepare quotations and follow up with interested customers.

Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads into sales.

Maintain customer details and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.

Handle customer queries and basic after-sales coordination.

Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.

Experience in mattresses, furniture, electronics, home décor, or consumer products is preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Confident in explaining products and closing sales.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and billing systems.

Target-oriented, presentable, and responsible.

Candidates staying close to the store location will be preferred.

EducationMinimum 12th pass or graduate.

SalarySalary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
