Job Description
Job Summary: -
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development for our consultancy services. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal presentation, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales closures and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilitie:
- Drive business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and government incentives.
- Generate leads through digital platforms such as LinkedIn, industry portals, company website inquiries, and email campaigns, as well as offline channels including industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, and networking events.
- Engage with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and other key decision-makers to understand project requirements and client needs.
- Present consultancy proposals, service offerings, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and finance teams to develop customized proposals and support deal closures.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks.
- Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy, industrial services, or professional services.
- Basic understanding of MIDC processes, statutory approvals, project finance, and government subsidies/incentives will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior management and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital lead-generation platforms.
Experience-
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or marketing roles.
