Job Title: Senior BPO Executive

Location: Thane

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Role Overview:

  • Handle international customer interactions via calls/emails/chat
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement
