Job Description
Senior customer-facing role (5–8 years' experience) bridging technicians, service advisors, and customers. Oversees vehicle trials, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle trial tests to assess and verify repairs
- Provide expert technical guidance to technicians during diagnosis and repair
- Ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards and company quality guidelines before delivery
- Communicate technical issues, repair timelines, and updates to advisors and customers
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
- Support warranty claim processes with accurate technical documentation
- Maintain service records, inspection checklists, and compliance reports
- Work with the Service Manager to achieve customer service targets
Requirements Education
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field
- Experience: 5–8 years as a Technical Advisor, Technician, or similar role
- Strong understanding of automotive systems: engine, transmission, electronics, diagnostics
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, and testing equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and vehicle roadworthiness standards
- May require rotational shifts
