Job Description
We are hiring Tele sales Executive Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Sell Large Private Bank financial products (e.g., Insurance, Investments – Life
Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance ) to new and existing customers via
outbound/inbound calls.
2. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
5. Update customer records and database.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree (any discipline)
2. 1 year of sales experience (Preferred Insurance Background or any sales
background )
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
- Freshers are welcome
- Minimum 12th pass with 6 months telesales experience candidates are also preferred.
