Job Description
We are looking for two hungry and tech-savvy Junior Business Development Executives to join our growing IT sales team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them understand how our software solutions/services can transform their business.
What You’ll Do
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Product Demos: Learn our IT products inside-out and give engaging presentations to prospects.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Stay updated on IT trends and what competitors are doing in the Mumbai market.
- Close Deals: Work closely with senior managers to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Great Communicator: You can speak confidently in English and Hindi.
- Tech-Friendly: You aren't afraid of software, CRMs, or explaining technical concepts.
- Education: Graduate (BMS, BMM, BSc IT, or BCA preferred).
- Proximity: Ideally living in or near Kandivali, Borivali, or Malad for an easy commute.
- Mindset: A "never give up" attitude with a strong desire to earn through incentives.
