Position: VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager)

- Experience Required Experience in VRM profile
- Telephonic sales experience
- Life insurance sales experience preferred
- Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Customer Relationship ManagementHandle existing and potential customers through calls, video calls, and digital platforms
- Build long-term customer relationships and act as a single point of contact
- Understand customer needs related to insurance, savings, and retirement planning
- Provide suitable financial product solutions based on client requirements
- 2. Sales & Revenue GenerationCross-sell and up-sell banking and insurance products
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups
- 3. Customer Service & EngagementResolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain regular engagement with clients for relationship enhancement
- 4. Compliance & Process AdherenceFollow banking and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
