Job Description

Restaurant Waiter ka main kaam customers ko welcome karna, order lena, food serve karna aur tables saaf rakhna hota hai. Unhe menu ki puri jaankari honi chahiye, daily specials batane aane chahiye, aur POS system ya note-pad par sahi order record karna hota hai. Waiter customer service aur kitchen ke beech ek bridge ka kaam karte hain, jo timely service ensure karte hain.


Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko welcome karna aur table tak le jana.
  • Menu recommend karna aur sahi orders lena (via POS or notepad).
  • Khana aur drinks promptly table tak pahunchana.
  • Table saaf aur tidy rakhna, purani dishes hatana.
  • Specials aur drinks recommend karke sales badhana.
  • Bill generate karna aur payment collect karna.
  • Kitchen staff ke saath coordinate karna


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Achi conversation skills
  • Busy hours mein calm rehna.
  • Relevant experience (1-2 saal) ya hospitality training.
