Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Team Member who can manage front-of-house while also helping with basic food preparation. If you're energetic, love interacting with customers, and enjoy working in a QSR environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every customer
- Take accurate orders
- Prepare and assemble dishes such as Pastas, Pizzas, and Coffee Beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas
- Manage billing, POS system, and order flow
- Assist baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours
- Ensure hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Support with stock refilling and daily opening/closing tasks
Requirements
- Prior café/restaurant experience preferred, but freshers willing to learn are welcome
- Good communication skills and a polite customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during rush hours
- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable
- Flexible with shift timings (weekdays & weekends)
