We are hiring Sales Managers – Agency Channel to drive business growth by recruiting and managing advisors.
The role involves building a strong sales team and generating business through effective relationship management.
- Key Responsibilities:Recruit and activate insurance advisors on a monthly basis
- Drive advisor productivity and performance
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with advisors
- Generate business through direct sales and advisor network
- Build strong customer and agent relationships
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Attend training and review meetings regularly
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Graduate
- 1–3 years experience (preferably in Insurance Sales)
- Age below 35 years preferred
- Must be a local candidate
- Should own a two-wheeler / vehicle
- Required Skills:Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Team handling & leadership ability
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of digital tools
