Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Performance Monitoring: Tracking team performance, evaluating KPIs, and providing actionable feedback.

• Task Delegation: Assigning work based on individual team member strengths and skill sets.
• Coaching & Development: Mentoring team members, conducting training, and onboarding new hires.

• Operational Support: Removing bottlenecks, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
