Job Description

<> Travel across assigned areas to identify potential retail/commercial properties suitable for setting up new outlets.

<> Build and maintain contacts with property owners, local brokers, real estate agents, and developers to gather updates on available spaces.

<> Conduct initial assessments of locations based on visibility, accessibility, and suitability for business operations.

<> Initiate basic negotiations with landlords/owners on rental expectations and property terms.

<> Share daily reports with the Regional Business Development (BD) team, including property photos, location details, rent expectations, and owner contact information.

<> Support the BD team by providing all necessary property-related data for further evaluation and decision-making.

<> Stay informed about local development activities and market trends that can influence property availability and pricing.

<> Any other duties as assigned by the Regional BD Team
