Position: Maintenance Incharge

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities of the plant.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment breakdowns efficiently.
• Ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery and utilities.
• Coordinate with production operators and supervisors to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and supervise maintenance work, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians, electricians, and support staff.
• Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and breakdown management.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and reporting.

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, Process Plants, Cement, Power, or other Industrial Operations.
