Job Title:Business Development Executive - Life Insurance Sales
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our Life Insurance business. The role involves recruiting and developing distributors, presenting insurance solutions based on customer needs, and building long-term client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and develop insurance distributors/advisors.
- Generate leads and drive Life Insurance sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Conduct plan presentations and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
