About the Role : We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, labor teams, architects, vendors, and clients to maintain quality, timelines, and site discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and construction progress
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor labor productivity and site workforce management
• Check material quality, quantity, and usage at site
• Track project timelines and report work progress regularly
• Ensure proper safety practices and site cleanliness
• Handle site measurements and execution coordination
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and material records
• Assist in client site visits and project updates
• RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction supervision
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors on-site
• Preferred Skills Residential villa project experience
• Material and labor management
