Manager – HR Talent & Development
📍 Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu | Full-Time | 2–5 Years Experience
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat | Sunday Off

Role Overview
Lead recruitment projects and training batch coordination for MSME clients. You'll own client relationships end-to-end — from understanding hiring needs to candidate placement and post-joining retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements & create structured job briefs
- Design sourcing strategy (job portals, referrals, walk-ins) & manage sourcing team
- Conduct screening interviews; drive 10–15 placements/month
- Track 30-day candidate retention (target 90%+)
- Coordinate training batches with freelance trainers (1+ batch/month)
- Submit weekly reports directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Any Graduate (MBA-HR preferred)
- 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, closing)
- Strong interviewing & client relationship skills
- Fluent Tamil + basic English
- Team handling experience is a plus
