Job Description

Job Description: Sales Consultant (Acquisition)

Purpose: To acquire new customers by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects through effective sales conversations and demos, contributing to partner revenue and customer expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and target potential business clients through field/inside sales.

Demos & Closures: Conduct sales conversations, deliver product demos, and close deals.

Relationship Management: Manage prospects through the sales pipeline to ensure successful onboarding.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

Location: Must be a resident of Tumkur.

Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory + basic spoken/written English.

Education: Graduate (any stream); Commerce background preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Field/Inside sales). Smart, energetic freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Skills

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Confident sales pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Excellent customer relationship management.


Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
