Designation : Unit manager


  • Recruit and develop a team of advisors
  • Train them on products, processes, and sales skills
  • Support them in client acquisition and business generation
  • Guide customers to choose suitable financial solusions
  • Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets
  • Handle customer queries and ensure smooth operations

Required Candidate profile :


  • Experience : Must 1 YR of Any Sales / Banking sales / Financial sales / Insurance sales
  • Graduation is mandatory
