Job Description: Life Insurance – Agency ChannelPosition TitleAgency Manager / Sales Manager – Agency Channel
Job Summary - The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors to generate life insurance business. The candidate is responsible for achieving sales targets through the agency network and maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents
- Train agents on products, sales process, and compliance
- Motivate and support agents to achieve business targets
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel
- Conduct joint sales calls with agents
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and agents
- Ensure policy issuance and customer service support
- Monitor agent productivity and performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain persistency and quality of business
- Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
