Job Description

  • Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQ – Bill of Quantities)
  • Verify contractor bills and client billing
  • Maintain billing records and documentation
  • Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurements
  • Prepare and check measurement sheets (MB)
  • Handle variations, extra items, and claims
  • Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and project progress
  • Track payments and follow up with clients
  • Assist in cost estimation and budgeting
