Job Title: Accounts Manager – Compliance

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Accounts Manager – Compliance to manage end-to-end accounting operations with a strong focus on statutory compliance, accuracy, and process discipline. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings

Pass and review Journal Vouchers (JVs) to ensure accurate books of accounts

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor vendor payments and receivables

Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for audits, filings, and assessments

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions

Ensure all financial processes are compliant with applicable laws and updated regularly

Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and compliance requirements

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly reliable

Ability to manage routine accounting tasks independently

Hands-on approach with strong execution skills

Qualifications & Skills:

CA / B.Com / M.Com (CA preferred)

3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance

Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings

Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software

Additional Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Tally ERP
