Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Tax Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, and documentation related to export business activities. The candidate should ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Manage TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
Handle bank reconciliation and payment processing.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and financial reports.
Maintain accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
Maintain records in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP / Tally Prime).
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
