Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows/Mac)
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Provide support for email systems like Microsoft Outlook
- Install and support operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and macOS
- Configure network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
- Printer installation and troubleshooting
- Software installation and patch management
- Remote support using tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
