ERP EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP System Management

Monitor daily ERP operations and ensure smooth functioning

Maintain master data (Item, Vendor, Customer, BOM, etc.)

Handle user creation, roles, and access rights

2. User Support & Issue Resolution

Provide first-level support to ERP users

Identify, track, and resolve system issues

Coordinate with developers/vendors for bug fixing and enhancements

3. Implementation & Process Improvement

Assist in ERP implementation and module rollouts

Understand business processes and suggest improvements

Ensure ERP processes align with actual business workflow

4. Data Management & Reporting

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in ERP

Generate MIS reports and assist management in decision-making

Handle data import/export (Excel, SQL, etc.)

5. Training & Documentation

Train users on ERP usage and best practices

Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and process documents

6. Coordination & Communication

Act as a bridge between users and ERP vendor/development team

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / IT / Engineering

2–5 years of ERP experience (Manufacturing ERP preferred)

Strong understanding of business processes (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Accounts)

Basic knowledge of database and Excel, Dashbaords

Good communication and problem-solving skills
