Your Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance : Plan & execuite Preventive / Predective Maintenance. Also 
  Perform routin inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and 
  machineries. 
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical failure and faults in machinery, control panels, 
  wiring and other electrical components.Carry out Failure root cause analysis & drive 
  KPI imprvement activites. 
  • Repairs and Replacement: Repair or replace faulty equipment such as motors, 
  transformers, circuit breakers and wiring.Carry out external support/Repair PR , PO 
  and followup activity to ensure spares availability. 
  • Installation: Assist in the installation of new electrical equipement and systems 
  ensuring compliance with safety standards 
  • Improvement Projects: Identify Maintenance, Quality, Productivity , Cost saving , 
  Sustainability,System Upgradation and other internal/exteranl requested proejct drive 
  and execution as per timeline. 
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety standards and company safety and 
  complieance standars, lockout / tagout procedures and maitain a safe working 
  environment.Drive and ensuring safety requirements adherence by team. 
  • Documentation: Prepare internal / external audit documentation and regual update of 
  Documentation.  Maintain accurate logs, records,reprots of maintenance activity and 
  equipement status. 
  • Material Management: Monitor and control department inventory by ensuring 
  machine availability, Identify critical machine and cirtical spares and ensuring 
  availability of required spares. 
  • Collabroration: Work closely with maintenance teams, engineers and supervisors to 
  co-ordinate maintenance activities and minimze downtime. 
  • Technical Skill: Basic Knowledge of PLC, CNC ( Preffered Siemens & Fanuc ) & able to 
  Modify, diagnose & trouble problems.  
  • Technical Documentation: Able to read electrical circuit diagrams & Symboles and 
  able to carry out necessary wiring accordingly.  
  • Training : Implant/Provide necessary Technical / Non-technical / Softskill on job 
  training team. 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical / Electronics 
• Minimum 5-9 years of experience in maintenance domain. 
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & other Microsoft tools to carry out 
routing documentaion activity.  
• Good knowledge of SAP-PM/MM module to carry out routing maintenance task. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team 
members and stakeholders.
