SPS/LEAN Coord.

Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training, deploy own training sessions, and conduct workshops as per advice to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned organization area.
Investigate and analyze function-specific data, information, and prepare reports, correspondence and/or statistics.
Deploy and train basic lean management methods and knowledge in standardized training sessions (1 to 2 h).
Support SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Your Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree in Engineering
1 to 3 years

Vocationally trained in Technical
1 to 3 years
