Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training, deploy own training sessions, and conduct workshops as per advice to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned organization area.
- Investigate and analyze function-specific data, information, and prepare reports, correspondence and/or statistics.
- Deploy and train basic lean management methods and knowledge in standardized training sessions (1 to 2 h).
- Support SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Your Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering
- 1 to 3 years
OR
- Vocationally trained in Technical
- 1 to 3 years
