Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional and confident Visa Counsellor with good English communication skills to join our team. The candidate should be able to guide students for study visa processes, prepare students for visa interviews, handle client communication, and manage applications through different university and immigration portals.

• ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Guide students for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, etc.
• Prepare students for embassy and credibility interviews.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide interview training.
• Handle client queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Assist students with documentation and visa file preparation.
• Upload and manage applications on university and visa portals.
• Track offer letters, CAS, PAL, COE, visa updates, and application status.
• Coordinate with colleges, universities, and international partners.
• Maintain proper records of student files and follow-ups.
• Explain visa requirements, SOPs, financial documents, and admission procedures.
• Support students until visa decision stage.
• RequirementsGood English speaking and communication skills.
• Experience in study visa counselling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of international education and visa process.
• Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
• Knowledge of portals and online application systems.
• Good computer skills (Email, Excel, Google Drive, CRM, etc.).
• Confident personality with convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Preferred SkillsInterview preparation skills.
• Client handling and counselling skills.
