Job Description

Job Description – Site Supervisor (Construction)

Position: Site Supervisor

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Location: Site Based / Vangani

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at site

  • Monitor labour work, contractors, and material usage
  • Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines
  • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project managers
  • Maintain site safety and quality standards
  • Track site progress and prepare daily reports
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at site
  • Check material deliveries and inventory records
  • Requirements:Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
  • Basic knowledge of site execution, RCC, finishing, and civil works
  • Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with teams
  • Good communication and reporting skills
