Job Description

Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, answering inquiries via phone/email, and building lasting client relationships.


Needs Assessment & Demonstration: Qualifying buyers by understanding their needs, suggesting appropriate vehicles, and explaining technical features and benefits.


Test Drives: Conducting test drives to ensure a positive, informative experience.


Sales Closure & Negotiation: Negotiating prices, overcoming objections, and finalizing sales contracts.


Financing & Delivery: Coordinating with the finance department for financing, insurance, and vehicle service contracts.


Inventory Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and capabilities.


Administrative Duties: Completing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with showroom display setups
