Hiring: Social Media & Operations Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: Fresher with strong skills / 6 months–2 years preferred

Capvar is looking for a creative and responsible Social Media & Operations Executive who can shoot, edit, create, and manage daily content for Capvar, CIVRAA, and BeautyDidi.

This role is for someone who understands social media trends, Reels, Shorts, captions, beauty content, product shoots, and daily content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

- Create daily content for Capvar, CIVRAA, and BeautyDidi

- Research trending audios, hooks, and reel formats

- Edit videos using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

- Create basic posters, stories, thumbnails, and creatives using Canva or Photoshop

- Write catchy captions, hooks, and short scripts in Hindi and Hinglish

- Manage posting on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

- Maintain the social media content calendar

- Reply to basic comments and DMs

- Support product shoots, salon content, testimonial videos, and campaign content

- Coordinate with internal team for content ideas and execution

- Submit daily work reports and content updates

Required Skills:

- Experience in creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

- Practical knowledge of CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools

- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop

- Good understanding of Hindi and Hinglish content writing

- Knowledge of social media trends and viral audios

- Ability to shoot good videos using a mobile camera

- Creative thinking and basic content planning skills

- Discipline in daily reporting and timely work delivery

Bonus Skills:

- Confidence to face the camera

- Interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, or salon industry

- Experience in product photography or video shoots

- Basic knowledge of AI tools for captions, scripts, or creatives

- Experience in UGC-style or influencer-style content

Daily Work Expectations:

- Shoot and edit 1–2 Reels/Shorts daily

- Research trending audios and content ideas

- Create captions, hooks, and story ideas

- Manage daily posting and content scheduling

- Update weekly content calendar

- Share daily work report

We need someone who does not only wait for instructions, but can suggest new ideas, follow trends, and help the brand grow through strong content.
