Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Unit Manager to handle day-to-day operations at BanAroma, a premium Indian sweets and chaat boutique. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a small team, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations (opening, closing, shift management)
• Supervise and coordinate team members (counter, kitchen, service)
• Ensure fast, clean, and efficient customer service
• Handle billing supervision, cash management, and basic reporting
• Maintain inventory levels and reduce wastage
• Ensure product display and outlet cleanliness meets brand standards
• Resolve basic customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in F&B / QSR / café / retail operations
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Ability to manage a small team and work under pressure
• Hands-on attitude — not a desk job
