Job Overview:

Milan Caterers is looking for an experienced and responsible Sales & Operations Manager who can efficiently handle both client acquisition and on-ground catering operations. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage events smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle client acquisition and business development for catering services

·       Manage end-to-end catering operations for events and functions

·       Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and vendors

·       Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

·       Supervise staff and maintain discipline during operations

·       Plan and execute events as per client requirements

·       Maintain records of bookings, payments, and expenses

·       Develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

·       Minimum 10+ years of experience in Catering / F&B Industry

·       Strong knowledge of event handling and catering operations

·       Good communication and client-handling skills

·       Leadership and team management ability

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events

·       Local candidates from Varanasi or nearby preferred

Salary:Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)
