Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and onboarding)
• Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation
• Address employee queries and support employee relations
• Assist in attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Basic English communication required
