🎯 Job Objective: To manage food production, ensure consistent taste & quality, and develop new frozen food products aligned with market demand and company standards.

• 🧑‍🍳 Key Responsibilities🍽️ Production & OperationsPrepare and supervise daily food production (veg & non-veg)
• Ensure standardisation of recipes for mass production
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and portioning
• Handle bulk production for nuggets, kebabs, patties, and RTE meals
• 🧪 Product Development (Very Important for Dzyris)Develop new SKUs:
• Momos, kebabs, nuggets, RTE meals, parathas
• Improve existing products (taste, shelf life, cost)
• Work on frozen stability & reheating quality
• Innovate based on market trends (QSR, retail, export)
• 🏭 Quality & HygieneEnsure FSSAI & HACCP compliance
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor raw material quality (chicken, spices, etc.)
• Conduct regular quality checks
• 📦 Process & SOP Management: Create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure proper freezing, storage (-18°C), and packaging
• Reduce wastage and improve yield
• 👨‍🔧 Team Handling Train kitchen staff and helpers
• Allocate tasks and manage shifts
• Maintain discipline and productivity
• 💰 Cost Control: Control food cost and wastage
• Optimise raw material usage
• Suggest cost-effective alternatives
• Experience in frozen food production (preferred)
• Understanding of shelf life & preservation
• Bulk cooking & scaling recipes
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards
