HR Executive

S Infinite is Looking for Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in HR Operations.

Education: Any Graduate

Job Timings: 10am to 7 pm, Sunday Weekly off

Job Location: Vasai East

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding
• Maintain employee master data and files

2. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance (biometric)
• Maintain leave records and weekly off / holiday tracking
• Coordinate with departments for attendance discrepancies

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

• Prepare monthly attendance and salary inputs
• Overlook the entire payroll processing
• Handle salary-related employee queries

4. Statutory Compliance

• PF, ESIC, PT registration and monthly compliance
• Maintain statutory records and filings
• Coordinate with consultant for labor law compliance

5. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle employee grievances and escalations
• Issue warning letters, notices, and show-cause letters
• Support disciplinary actions as per company policy

6. HR Policies & Documentation

• Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs as per requirement
• Maintain HR registers and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws

7. Exit Formalities

• Manage resignation, notice period, and exit interviews
• Coordinate final settlement and clearance
• Maintain exit records

8. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with department heads for HR-related matters
• Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment)
• Support audits and management reporting.
