Interior Designer

Job Summary

Well & Wall Interiors is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating 2D drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring design execution aligns with approved concepts.

The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects with strong technical and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Meet clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget.

2.     Develop creative interior concepts and space planning layouts.

3.     Prepare detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, working drawings).

4.     Create 3D designs and renderings for client presentations.

5.     Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

6.     Coordinate with site execution team for smooth implementation.

7.     Explain drawings and specifications clearly to carpenters and site supervisors.

8.     Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution.

9.     Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.

10. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.

11. Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions.

12. Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.

13. Maintain proper documentation of drawings and approvals.

14. Stay updated with latest design trends and materials.

15. Ensure client satisfaction at project handover stage.

Required Skills

·        Strong creativity and design sense

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

·        Knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / V-Ray (preferred)

·        Space planning and technical drawing skills

·        Knowledge of interior materials and finishes

·        Good communication and presentation skills

Qualification

·        Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

·        0–2 years of relevant experience in interior projects

Salary

·        ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and portfolio quality)
