Job Description
Contact customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within approved guidelines.
Track and update customer payment commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay).
Maintain accurate records of collection activities in CRM/system.
Resolve customer payment-related queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Follow up on overdue accounts and minimize delinquency.
Ensure compliance with collection policies and ethical recovery practices.
Prepare daily MIS reports and collection status updates.
