Job Description
Achieve gold loan business targets through customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
Manage end-to-end gold loan operations, including sourcing, appraisal, disbursement, renewal, and closure.
Ensure accurate valuation and safe handling of pledged gold ornaments.
Monitor and maintain portfolio quality with minimal delinquency.
Develop relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Conduct market visits and promotional activities to increase business.
Supervise branch staff involved in gold loan operations.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Monitor auction processes for overdue accounts as per company policy.
Coordinate with operations, collections, and audit teams for smooth branch functioning.
