Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue or pending payments.
Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding balances.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related information.
Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.
Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to making payments.
Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the concerned supervisor.
Meet daily and monthly collection and calling targets.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and collection procedures.
