Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to monitor and audit retail store operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company SOPs, stock accuracy, cash verification, operational discipline, and identifying process gaps across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store audits as per audit calendar
• Verify stock, cash, billing, and inventory accuracy
• Check compliance with company SOPs and operational policies
• Identify operational gaps, leakages, and control weaknesses
• Monitor store discipline, documentation, and process adherence
• Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective actions
• Coordinate with Store Managers and regional teams for closure of audit observations
• Support management with loss prevention and risk control measures
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, bills, and approvals
• Conduct surprise audits whenever required

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Commerce Background Preferred

• Experience in Retail / Footwear / Fashion Industry preferred
• Experience:2+ Years of experience in Internal Audit / Retail Audit
• Preferred:Experience in multi-store retail operations
• Willingness to travel across stores
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Willing to travel across AP & TS 20 days in a Month
