Job Description
Sales Executive (Female Fresher) Shanil.ai is looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Freshers to join our growing Sales Team.
We provide qualified business leads—your role is not cold calling. You will connect with the assigned leads, understand their business requirements, explain our services, and help customers choose the right solution.
What You'll Do
• Contact company-provided leads.
• Understand customer business requirements.
• Explain our services:
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO
- E-commerce Solutions
- Custom Software
- AI Solutions
• Recommend the best solution based on customer needs.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
