Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US IT HR Executive to manage HR operations for US-based employees and consultants. The candidate will be responsible for employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation aligned with US labor practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle:
- Onboarding
- Employee documentation
- Exit formalities
- Offboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle HR letters:
- Offer letters
- Experience letters
- Relieving letters
- Employment verification letters
Employee Onboarding & Compliance
- Coordinate onboarding for US employees/consultants.
- Verify employee documents and background checks.
- Ensure compliance with US employment policies and documentation.
- Maintain employee files and compliance records.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle timesheets and attendance validations.
- Support benefits administration:
- Health insurance
- PTO/Leave tracking
- Employee reimbursements
- Bonus/incentive coordination
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and HR concerns.
- Handle employee engagement activities.
- Conduct HR orientation and policy explanation sessions.
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Policy & Documentation
- Draft and update HR policies.
- Ensure adherence to company HR standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US HR operations.
- Experience in:
- Employee onboarding
- Payroll coordination
- HRMS tools
- Compliance documentation
- Good understanding of:
- US employment practices
- HR documentation
- Leave management
- Timesheet management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
